acu365 Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules and Player Obligations

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and acu365 ("acu365", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the acu365 online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://acu365.net and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and services ("Platform"). By accessing the Platform, creating an account, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account with acu365, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you expressly confirm all of the following:

• You are at least 18 years of age and have reached the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

2.3 Excluded Persons

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account restriction and/or suspension of withdrawal processing.

3. Account Registration and Verification

3.1 Registration Requirements

To use the acu365 Platform, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method. You are obligated to maintain the accuracy of this information throughout the lifetime of your account and to update it promptly if it changes.

3.2 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold one and only one acu365 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different names, different email addresses, or different payment details — is strictly prohibited. acu365 uses technical and manual verification measures to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all associated accounts will be closed and any bonus funds or pending withdrawals will be forfeited.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any one-time verification codes with any other person. acu365 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify acu365 support immediately by contacting [email protected].

3.4 KYC Verification Process

As part of its anti-money-laundering ("AML") compliance obligations and player protection commitments, acu365 operates a Know Your Customer verification process. Players will be required to submit identity and address verification documents before their first withdrawal is processed. The KYC process typically requires:

• Proof of Identity: A clear photograph or scan of your National ID card, passport, or driver's licence.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government document showing your full name and residential address, dated within the past three months.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account used for deposits.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to the player's account balance in real time under normal operating conditions. Delays of more than 30 minutes should be reported to customer support with the relevant transaction reference number. acu365 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment service provider's own infrastructure.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing and Conditions

All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. acu365 reserves the right to withhold, delay, or reverse any transaction where money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime is suspected. Players found to be engaging in such activities will be reported to the relevant authorities and will have their accounts permanently closed with all funds frozen pending investigation.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 General Bonus Terms

acu365 offers various promotional incentives to new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spin packages, reload bonuses, and seasonal offers tied to events such as Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, and BPL season. All bonuses are subject to these General Bonus Terms and any specific terms stated within the individual promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games for wagering contributions will be clearly stated in each promotion's specific terms. Games with high volatility, such as certain jackpot slots, may contribute at a reduced rate or may be entirely excluded from wagering requirement contributions.

5.3 Welcome Bonus

New players who complete registration and make their first qualifying deposit are eligible for the acu365 welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is available to first-time depositors only, one bonus per household, one per payment method, and one per IP address. 5.4 Bonus Abuse

acu365 monitors accounts for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing opposing bets to minimise risk while meeting wagering requirements, exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with their spirit, and systematically targeting low-edge games to clear wagering requirements. Where bonus abuse is identified, acu365 reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and close the relevant account.

5.5 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry date by which the wagering requirements must be met. Unmet bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited at expiry. The expiry period for each bonus is stated in its specific terms. acu365 is not obligated to provide advance notice of bonus expiry beyond the terms published at the time the bonus was credited.

6. Gameplay and Betting Rules

6.1 Game Integrity

All casino games available on the acu365 Platform use certified Random Number Generation ("RNG") systems provided by the respective game studios. The RNG systems used by acu365's providers are independently audited to ensure that game outcomes are genuinely random and that the published Return to Player ("RTP") percentages are accurate. acu365 does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to do so.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on the acu365 Platform are subject to the sports betting rules applicable to the relevant sport and market type. These rules govern, among other things, the circumstances under which bets are settled as void, the treatment of postponed or abandoned matches, and the resolution of ambiguous outcomes. 6.3 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a software or hardware malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or bet, acu365 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the staked amount to the player's account balance. Any winnings generated as a result of a malfunction or technical error are void and will not be paid. acu365 will not be held liable for any loss of winnings resulting from a genuine technical malfunction.

6.4 Bet Acceptance

acu365 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets placed after an event has commenced, bets placed based on information not available to the general public, and bets that acu365 reasonably suspects have been placed as part of a coordinated scheme to exploit pricing errors or system vulnerabilities.

7. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

7.1 General Obligations

As an acu365 account holder, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information at all times, including during registration, KYC verification, and support interactions.
• Use the Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction in connection with your use of the Platform.
• Notify acu365 promptly if you become aware of any security vulnerabilities, errors, or malfunctions on the Platform.
• Access the Platform only through authorised means and not attempt to circumvent any security measures.

7.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the acu365 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of account balance, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Creating more than one account per person.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or interact with the Platform in any non-human manner.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for personal gain without reporting them to acu365.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false identification documents or misrepresenting your identity during the KYC process.
• Attempting to access another player's account without their authorisation.
• Engaging in any form of chip-dumping, match-fixing, or other integrity violations in live casino or sports betting contexts.
• Posting, sharing, or transmitting any content through the Platform that is defamatory, abusive, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

7.3 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, acu365 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings resulting from technical malfunctions, service interruptions, or third-party payment processing failures. acu365's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by acu365

acu365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player is suspected of fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity.
• The player's account shows patterns consistent with money laundering or other financial crime.
• The player has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• acu365 is required to do so by a court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request.
• The player is found to be under 18 years of age.

Upon account suspension or closure for cause, acu365 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending the outcome of an investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, the account balance may be forfeited in full. Where no breach is confirmed, any legitimately deposited and non-bonus funds will be returned to the player.

8.2 Voluntary Closure by Player

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting the acu365 support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a voluntary closure request, acu365 will process any outstanding withdrawals of verified funds before closing the account. Account closure requests are typically processed within 48 hours.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel their gambling is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion period of 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or permanent closure. Self-exclusion requests are processed as a priority by the acu365 support team and take effect within 24 hours of confirmation. During a self-exclusion period, the player will not be permitted to log in, deposit, or place bets on the Platform. acu365 will also take reasonable steps to ensure that the excluded player does not receive marketing communications during the exclusion period. 8.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if the player has not logged in for a period of 12 consecutive months. acu365 will make reasonable attempts to contact the player via the registered email address before applying a dormancy fee to the account. The dormancy fee, where applied, will not cause the account balance to fall below zero. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by contacting support and completing any required re-verification.

8.5 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute arising out of your use of the acu365 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through acu365's internal complaints procedure should be referred to the relevant dispute resolution mechanism.
